It was in 2016, at the port of La Teste-de-Buch that Pauline & Thomas decide to open their local oyster tasting, called the 12Zen.

Owners of several wooden pallets and with a concern for eco-responsibility, they asked ENOŸS to design an original design of chairs and tables using this wood while respecting the typical charm of the port.

Oyster hut committed locally to environmental protection and the taste of good things, this place has today become a must-see on the port facing the heritage quay.
